Map: Apollo Hill
Organiser: Colin Walker and Andrew Wallace.
Start: 12.30 to 2.00 pm. Courses close at 3.00 pm.
Courses: 1, 2 and 3 difficult navigation, 4 is moderate navigation and 5 is easy.
Directions: From Bendigo: From the Fountain in Bendigo travel 7.1km North towards Huntly. Turn left at Howard St (Traffic lights at Epsom not long after Ron Poyser motors). Travel 3.2km along Howard St and turn right into Neilborough Rd (O – sign). After a few hundred metres turn right into Simpson Rd (O – sign). From here follow O – signs about 1km to the assembly area. Parking: There is some parking adjacent to the assembly area. With some more just a couple of hundred metres back down the track that you drove in.
From Castlemaine: Travel to Bendigo via the Calder and when you reach the Fountain in the centre of the city then as above for Bendigo.
From Melbourne: Travel to Bendigo via the Calder and when you reach the Fountain in the centre of the city then as above for Bendigo.
